Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a hard-working Roustabout to join the Loveland, Colorado team. The role assists Field Operators and Foreman in operating and maintaining natural gas gathering systems, compressor stations, storage, transmission, and metering facilities.

This position will lead into the Field Operator Apprenticeship and requires living within 40 minutes or 40 miles of the Campion Service Center, with a pay rate of $36.97 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CDL Class A with hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in the Natural Gas industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Operators and Working Foreman in operation and maintenance of Natural Gas gathering systems, compressor stations, storage facilities, transmission facilities and metering facilities.
• Support the Field Operator Apprenticeship pathway with hands-on learning and safety adherence.
• Live within 40 minutes (40 miles) of Campion Service Center to facilitate travel and on-site coverage.
