Job summary

WM is seeking an on-site worker in Colorado with a strong emphasis on safety and physical stamina. You will perform a wide range of manual labor duties, including lifting heavy materials, operating vacuum equipment, and supporting energy services operations.

The role requires adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines and may involve working in confined spaces. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of previously related experience
• CPR & First Aid (A Roustabout can work once they have the 8hr CS but it is recommended they receive the 40hr and CPR/First Aid ASAP)

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor tasks including lifting and moving materials greater than 50lbs and operating industrial vacuum equipment (guzzler)
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Loads and unloads trucks, tanks, etc.
• Assists with minor repairs to equipment
• Helps to test and maintain area safety shutdown equipment to ensure compliance with company and government regulations
• Records daily production and prepares gauge reports, operating logs and related documentation
• Practices awareness concerning health, safety and the environment; cooperates with emergency teams to handle hazardous situations
• May join with technical groups and field personnel on teams to promote production efficiency and safety
• Conducts other duties and tasks as assigned
