Job summary

Xcel Energy in Loveland, Colorado, seeks a hard-working Roustabout to support Field Operators and the Working Foreman in operating and maintaining Natural Gas gathering systems, compressor stations, storage facilities, transmission facilities and metering facilities. This role will lead into the Field Operator Apprenticeship.

Must live within 40 minutes of the Campion Service Center. Pay rate is $36.97 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDL with hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Operators and Foreman in operation and maintenance of natural gas gathering systems, compressor stations, storage and metering facilities.
• Support ongoing work toward the Field Operator Apprenticeship.

Summary

We are looking for a hard-working Roustabout to join the Xcel Energy team in Loveland, Colorado! This position will assist Field Operators and Working Foreman in the overall operation and maintenance of Natural Gas gathering systems, compressor stations, storage facilities, transmission facilities and metering facilities. This position will lead into the Field Operator Apprenticeship. Must live within 40 minutes or 40 miles of the Campion Service Center. Pay rate is $36.97. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $36.97 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• High School or GED
• Class A CDL Driver's License with hazmat endorsement required, or able to obtain one within 6 months of hire

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in the Natural Gas industry.
• Experience maintaining and operating natural gas compressors.
• Mechanical background
