Job summary

Xcel Energy in Loveland, Colorado seeks a hardworking Roustabout to support Field Operators and Foremen in the operation and maintenance of natural gas gathering systems, compressor stations, and metering facilities. This role leads into the Field Operator Apprenticeship with pay of $36.97 per hour.

Minimum requirements: High School or GED; Class A CDL with hazmat or ability to obtain within 6 months. Preferred: natural gas industry experience and compressor operation/maintenance background.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• CDL Class A with hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Preferred: experience in natural gas industry and operating gas compressors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Operators and Foreman in operating and maintaining natural gas gathering systems, compressor stations, storage, transmission and metering facilities.
• Lead into the Field Operator Apprenticeship.
