Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience supervising roustabout crews.
- Must have valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Knowledge of oilfield equipment and PPE.
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in demanding conditions.
- Strong communication and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow of the roustabout crew.
- Provide training, supervision, and development.
- Transport crew and inspect/maintain vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure safety gear and PPE are available and maintained.
- Complete safety analyses and pre-job briefings.
- Submit field tickets documenting work time.
- Coordinate with field management on jobs and resources.
- Adhere to DOT and company safety policies.
