Job summary

Badlands Contracting, LLC is seeking a Roustabout Crew Supervisor to lead a roustabout team in oilfield services including well construction, maintenance, and related tasks. You will guide laborers, manage equipment, and ensure efficient, safe operations on site.

The role requires supervising crew, coordinating transport, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining equipment. CDL may be required for transporting crew and gear.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Basic understanding of Construction/Roustabout tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training, supervision, and development for Roustabouts.
• Transport crew to/from job sites using company vehicle/ trailer; may require CDL.
• Secure and safely transport equipment according to policy and DOT regs.
• Ensure crew has safety and PPE; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Complete Job Safety Analyses and Pre-Job Safety Meetings for each location.
• Submit Field Tickets documenting crew work time.
• Communicate with field management regarding jobs and hazards.
• Follow safety/DOT policies at all times.
