Job summary

Badlands Contracting, LLC. is seeking a Roustabout Crew Pusher to lead teams in oilfield services in Watford City, North Dakota. You’ll supervise crews during new well construction, maintenance, and routine field work.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum 2 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Basic understanding of construction/roustabout tools and procedures.
Ability to supervise and train roustabout laborers.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical ability to lift/move up to 65 pounds unassisted and work in inclement weather.
Ability to safely operate all vehicles and equipment involved in roustabout work.
Working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Office, email, and timekeeping programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise roustabout crews in new well construction, maintenance, and general oilfield work.
Ensure safety and efficiency in all oilfield operations.
Coordinate with teams and train laborers as needed.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
