Job summary

Sentry ND is seeking a motivated Roustabout Manager to lead field crews and oversee operations in the Sentry, ND area. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of roustabout experience and is ready to step into a leadership role.

You will supervise daily field operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and mentor new crew members while maintaining equipment and logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of roustabout experience.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield operations, tools, and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious.
