Badlands Contracting LLC is seeking a seasoned Roustabout Supervisor in Watford City, ND to lead a roustabout crew on oilfield projects including new well construction, maintenance, and site work. You will supervise laborers, coordinate transportation, and ensure safety and efficiency across multiple sites.

Strong leadership, equipment knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and PPE are essential; a valid CDL is preferred and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Basic understanding of Construction/Roustabout tools and procedures.
• Preferred: 3 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience.
• Preferred: Valid Class A CDL.

Aufgaben

• Provides ongoing training, supervision, and development for Roustabouts, ensuring crew performs efficiently and safely.
• Provides transportation to/from the job site using company vehicle and trailer, may require CDL.
• Secure and safely transports equipment needed for the job according to policy and DOT regulations.
• Ensure crew has required safety equipment (PPE) and that equipment is inspected and maintained.
• Complete Job Safety Analysis and Pre-Job Safety Meeting before starting each job.
• Submit Field Tickets or other documents showing crew work time.
• Communicate with field management regarding jobs, hazards, and needs.
• Comply with all Safety/DOT policies to work safely in hazardous environments.
