Job summary

Row 34 Burlington is in search of a Rounds Cook to join the team. This role covers all kitchen stations—from fry to grill, sauté, raw bar prep, and beyond. The Rounds Cook ensures consistency and supports the entire kitchen team.

Pay is $30/hr based on experience. It’s an hourly, non-management position with leadership development and opportunities to grow into a supervisory role within Row 34.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience with seafood focus preferred.
• Ability to work across fry, grill, sauté, and raw bar prep.
• Strong communication and teamwork under high-pressure service.
• Willingness to take on leadership duties as needed.
• Comfort with inventory, ordering, and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cook every dish to Row 34 recipes and plating standards during service.
• Back up cooks and chefs to maintain timing and quality.
• Move between stations to support service and prep.
• Know the menu, specs, and presentation inside out.
• Assist with pass, expediting, and clear kitchen communication.
• Support inventory, ordering, and opening/closing procedures.
