Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. is seeking a Round Sling Operator in Casselberry, FL to fabricate and repair synthetic slings and assemblies. The role requires safe operation of the Round Sling Machine and coordination of orders with the Production Manager.

You will maintain a safe work environment, ensure items meet quality standards, and forward test samples as required. Candidates must be able to pass drug tests and background checks and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet production demands and deadlines in a safe and timely manner.
• Must be able to stand, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair synthetic slings and assemblies
• Operate Round Sling Machine safely and efficiently
• Coordinate the production of orders with the Production Manager
• Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that fabricated items are manufactured to quality standards
• Ensure that test samples of fabricated items are forwarded to the Production Manager as required
• Perform other functions as required
