Job summary

Village of Round Lake Beach is seeking a dependable Public Works Maintenance Worker I to perform manual and semi-skilled tasks across street maintenance, water and sewer systems, forestry, grounds maintenance, fleet services, and facility upkeep.

You will operate vehicles and equipment, support seasonal snow operations, and assist with repairs and maintenance across multiple public works divisions. A CDL with endorsements is required or obtainable within six months.

The Village of Round Lake Beach is seeking a dependable and motivated Public Works Maintenance Worker I to perform a variety of manual and semi‑skilled tasks in street maintenance, water and sewer systems, forestry, grounds maintenance, fleet services, and facility upkeep. This position operates vehicles and equipment, supports seasonal snow operations, and assists with repairs and maintenance across multiple public works divisions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
