Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic II AVX in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs of rotor-wing aircraft, following FAA rules, OEM guidelines, and 14 CFR parts 91 and 43. You will handle NAV data updates and coordinate preventive maintenance with field teams.

The position requires an FAA A&P certificate and at least three years of related experience, with readiness to travel and work variable shifts. COLA and certifications may apply.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on helicopter A&P experience.
• Experience with rotor-wing maintenance and NAV data updates.

Responsibilities

• Services, inspects, and repairs aircraft per manufacturer data and FAA rules.
• Perform 91.411 & 91.413 or equivalent checks on helicopters.
• Maintain and load NAV Data updates for assigned aircraft.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Travel frequently to support field sites and offsite deployments.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.
