V2X Inc in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks an Aircraft Mechanic to inspect, repair and maintain aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer data. You will troubleshoot systems, record maintenance actions, and work on ground-support equipment as needed on a rotation that may include travel up to 75% of the time.

The role requires an FAA A&P certificate and at least 3 years of hands-on experience on fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as an A&P mechanic on small to medium fixed-wing and light/medium helicopters.
• Two-year technical trade school, military experience, or equivalent on-the-job training.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, repair, and service aircraft per manufacturer data and FAA parts 91/43.
• Read and follow technical data, Service Instructions, Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives.
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions; correct electrical, engine, fuel, and other aircraft systems.
• Maintain aircraft logs and records as required.
• Travel up to 75% to support mission requirements.
