Air Evac Lifeteam in Union City, TN is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to maintain our turbine-powered helicopter fleet and support airframe needs. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with FAA and EMS systems documentation, and collaboration with Lead Technician and flight crew.

Starting salary ranges from $65,239 to $94,567 annually with an IA stipend and a $12,500 sign-on bonus. Candidates must be able to work 24/7 on-call rotations and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Two years turbine powered helicopter experience.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid State driver's license.
• Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge.
• EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance planning.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
• Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
• Document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company’s information security standards.
• Sustain a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
• Use communication methods to coordinate between departments, vendors and team members.
• Work with allied health and public safety personnel as well as AMTs and operations team.
