Gemstar Manufacturing, a division of Gemini, Inc., is seeking an experienced Rotocast Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Cannon Falls, MN. The role involves setting up and operating roto-molding equipment to produce parts per specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.

The position offers a full-time schedule with on-site work and overtime as needed. Wage range is $23.91–$31.99 per hour, with a 10% shift premium for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a production environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate roto-molding equipment as needed.
• Review work orders to determine mold and materials.
• Prepare molds by cleaning and applying release agents.
• Weigh shot weight to achieve proper wall thickness per print.
• Input operational cycles per work order instructions.
• Load and unload products without damaging molds.
• Read blueprints and SOPs to ensure QA/QC standards.
