Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO is seeking a Rotational Molding (Roto Mold) Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up, operate, and monitor molding equipment to produce parts that meet engineering specifications and customer requirements.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided for equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and process improvements, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

1+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Able to read blueprints and customer specifications.
Experience using measuring tools to inspect product quality.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to safely operate forklifts, cranes and molding equipment.
Basic math and accurate production documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding equipment according to work orders and procedures.
Prepare molds, materials, tooling, inserts, and equipment for production.
Program and adjust machine settings, including time, temperature, and rotation speeds.
Mount, remove, and inspect molds and related equipment for quality.
Perform post-molding operations and finish parts as required.
Inspect in-process and finished products and document results.
Identify nonconforming materials and report per procedures.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and overtime as needed.
