Gemstar Manufacturing is hiring a Manufacturing Specialist for the 2nd shift in Cannon Falls, MN. The role involves operating 5- and 3-axis routers, performing finishing tasks, and ensuring parts meet blueprints and quality criteria.

You will review work orders, handle materials, and contribute to a safe, orderly plant environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic English reading skills, and some manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• English reading skills at the 6th grade level or above.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to determine tasks to perform.
• Set up and operate 5 and 3 axis routers, cutting, drilling and finishing parts.
• Inspect parts against blueprints and quality criteria.
• Load/unload forming machines and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
