Job summary

Gemstar Manufacturing, a division of Gemini, Inc., is seeking a 2nd Shift Thermoform Machine Operator in Cannon Falls, MN. The role covers setup and operation of roto-molding equipment to produce parts per specs, with a typical schedule of 5/8 hour days from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The position includes a 10% shift premium and comprehensive benefits. Wage range is USD $22.59 to $29.91 per hour, posted with standard overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates thermoforming machines per work orders and blueprints.
• Ensures molds have required options such as ribs, feet, name plates and logos.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows safety procedures.
• Inspects finished parts for quality and reports any defects.
