Job summary

California Chicken Café is seeking team members to cook, cut and serve rotisserie chicken while keeping a clean and sanitized workstation. Responsibilities include following cooking procedures, packing takeout orders, labeling foods per health regulations, and maintaining team communication for food quality and safety.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, have basic English, and will complete required California Food Handlers training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must understand and speak basic English.
• Must pass California Food Handlers course/test as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Cook, cut and serve rotisserie chicken according to procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstation and rotate stock per policy.
• Take and deliver food orders; prepare takeout orders when needed.
• Label foods to Health Department regulations and company policy.
• Communicate food quality, equipment, and work-environment issues clearly.
