Job summary

Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Therapeutic Radiographer to join a forward-thinking radiotherapy service. You will work across pre-treatment and treatment sections, delivering radiotherapy with focused imaging, planning and delivery.

Training is structured to support new practitioners as they build a broad clinical skillset. Newly qualified radiographers are encouraged to apply and supported through the Trust Preceptor programme to help transition into clinical practice and

Qualifications

• BSc in Radiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• State Registration as a Therapeutic Radiographer with HPC.
• Evidence of post-graduate training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work on a rotational basis as part of the radiotherapy team in pre-treatment and treatment sections.
• Implement and deliver radiotherapy procedures with accuracy and professional conduct.
• Contribute to holistic patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
