Hawthorne CAT is seeking a Rotational Technician to perform repair, reconditioning, testing, and adjustments on equipment sold by Hawthorne Pacific Corp. The role requires diagnosing engines, powertrains, hydraulics, and coordinating with the General Service Manager.

Rotational schedule includes multiple Hawaii and Guam branches, with opportunities for growth and training. Applicants should have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, PC skills, and the ability to meet industry-standard

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• PC skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Forklift certification required or within 60 days of hire.
• Own hand tools suitable for the work.
• Must meet flat rates as established by Caterpillar and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, reconditioning, testing, and adjustments on Hawthorne CAT equipment.
• Diagnose engine and powertrain issues and conduct tests.
• Work with hydraulic and powertrain components and systems.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to assigned tasks.
• Adhere to approved rotational schedule across multiple branches including Waipahu.
