Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and continually enhance a rotational development and internship program.
• Develop recruitment strategies with senior leadership to build a pipeline.
• Lead end‑to‑end rotation cycles and manage program transitions.
• Design and manage a two‑level mentoring model for participants and leaders.
• Deliver onboarding and orientation experiences for new Associates and interns.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and external partners for professional development.
• Facilitate end‑of‑rotation presentations for senior leadership and oversee events.
• Oversee campus recruiting strategy including career fairs and on‑campus events.
• Partner with Human Capital on targeted recruiting initiatives like hackathons and information sessions.
