Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance is seeking a Global Rotational Program Manager for its Early Career Talent team in Newport Beach, CA. The role leads strategy, design, and execution of rotational programs globally, ensuring meaningful development and successful placements across the organization.

The position partners with business leaders, Talent Management, and executives to deliver best-in-class experiences, program operations, and analytics to drive retention and placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in early career program management, talent management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Experience designing or supporting rotational, analyst, internship, or early career programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proficiency in data, reporting, analytics and AI-enabled tools for program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and improvement of rotational programs with standards and metrics.
• Manage end-to-end participant experience from onboarding to final placement.
• Develop pathways for professional development, certification, and exam readiness.
• Coordinate rotation planning, transitions, and development objectives across the organization.
• Facilitate placement decisions, monitor progress, and conduct readiness assessments.
• Develop dashboards, manage budgets, timelines, and program communications.
