AllianceBernstein is launching its Technology & Operations Program (TOP) in Nashville for recent graduates. Participants rotate through four six‑month software development assignments before joining a permanent team, gaining exposure across the firm and benefiting from formal training and mentorship.

Associates work with diverse platforms—from equities to data management—learning languages and frameworks with hands‑on guidance from managers and peers.

Qualifikationen

• December 2026 or May/June 2027 bachelor’s or master’s degree candidates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Cumulative GPA of a 3.3 or higher
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future)
• Demonstrated programming experience
• Exceptional analytical, creative, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast‑paced, team environment
• Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance software development, automate workflows, and solve complex business challenges

Aufgaben

• Participate in four six‑month software development rotations within the TOP program
• Join multiple software development teams to implement functional and technical specs
• Learn languages and frameworks used for construction and gain broad exposure
