Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a driven college graduate for its two-year Supply Chain & Operations Rotational Program. You will rotate through four manufacturing plants nationwide, tackling projects in production, planning, procurement, logistics and Lean/CI, with relocation to a new site every six months.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, work with senior leaders, and contribute to improving efficiency and performance across the JCI network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision‑making abilities.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident as visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects.
• Learn the JCI Business System and support plants to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Optimize daily production, scheduling, and cycle times for improved efficiency.
• Improve processes for manufacturing floor enabling operational efficiency and waste reduction.
