Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated operational problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, inventory management, or production scheduling preferred.
Ability to use data to monitor operational performance and balance service, cost, inventory, and quality objectives.
Exposure to ERP or digital manufacturing systems (Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

Rotate within functional areas to work on projects alongside experienced colleagues.
Collaborate with program peers to learn business processes and initiatives.
Lead or contribute to process improvements within rotations.
Assist in production planning, manufacturing engineering, and focused factory projects.
