Caterpillar Inc. invites applicants to join its Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Supply Chain.

This three-year rotation accelerates development with cross-functional exposure, travel to North American facilities, and hands-on projects in logistics, procurement, and frontline leadership. Participants build foundational technical and leadership skills, with rotations defined by business needs and a minimum commitment to stay in roles for at least two years after program

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business/Supply Chain by start of the program.
• Minimum GPA 2.8/4.0, no rounding.
• Must relocate domestically for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations across supply chain domains.
• Willing to travel and relocate to North America facilities.
• Support cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement and quality.
