Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Management Development Associate to launch your leadership journey in supply chain. You will rotate through functions such as quality, safety, engineering, production, and R&D, gaining cross-functional exposure and leadership experience.

The program fast-tracks you to manufacturing leadership with a relocation‑assisted, full-time role designed to build end‑to‑end process knowledge, network, and career growth within Purina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S.
• You will start your rotation for this Supply Chain MDA at one of the following Nestlé Purina factories: Bloomfield, Missouri, or Davenport, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Complete training in warehouse, transportation, and customer service functions
• Complete assigned department improvement projects
• Develop knowledge and understanding of the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and pet care industries, including insight into the consumer and/or pet owner, expertise in Purina brands, our competition, and the ability to identify and analyze segment trends
• Experience internal and external supply chain operations, including factory logistics, warehousing and transportation, customer supply chain management, and order revenue management (ORM)
• Develop internal and external working relationships that provide exposure to various disciplines, account management, and customer teams

Education
