Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in St. Marys, WV, is seeking a Trim and Moulding Extrusion Operator to join our production team on a 4/3/3/4 rotational schedule.

The role offers day and night shifts with a starting wage of $17/hour, rising to $18/hour after training, plus a $1.25/hour night differential. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401k, with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift training required.
• Good basic math and computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies, extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Observe machine operation and readjust heater, water, vacuum, pressure, screw and conveyor speed.
• Conduct quality checks by measuring product dimensions with precision calipers.
• Move finished profile and prepare skids for shipment.
• Transport scrap and defective boards to scrap racks and recycler.
• Take hourly readings of machine gauges and document results.
