Job summary

CED’s Sales Trainee program offers a structured, approximately 24-month rotational experience across multiple facets of the business in Roanoke. You will engage in on-the-job training, attend both online and in-person classes, and build relationships with solar customers while contributing to department goals.

The program emphasizes proactive learning, time management, and strong communication to support company initiatives and sales growth in a fast-growing industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes online as well as in-person at various locations.
• Participate in on- the-job training and mentoring.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with solar customers.
• Contribute to goal-planning with Division and Training Managers.
