Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) is seeking a Sales Trainee for a rigorous 24‑month rotational program in the South Florida Division. You will rotate across Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Outside Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to prepare for a future Account Manager role.

This program emphasizes proactive learning, strong communication, and time management, with mentoring and online/in-person classes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes online as well as in-person at various locations.
• On the job training and mentoring.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers.
• Goal planning with Division and Training Managers
