Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree expected within six months of program start.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to develop a leadership view of the business.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to support informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on sales management and operational projects.
• Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
