Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. (CED) in Southern and Central California is hiring for the Sales and Business Leadership Trainee program. This 24-month rotational program builds the next generation of B2B sales leaders.

Trainees gain hands-on exposure to IT/Networking, Cybersecurity, process automation, AI, Solar & Sustainability, and more, with classroom training and mentorship. It prepares you for leadership roles and future ownership within CED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduates by start date or currently pursuing for interns.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to walk and/or sit for 8–10 hours a day.
• Lift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating – both written and spoken – in English.
