Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to accelerate your career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. Qualifications

• Must have or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license required.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role preferred.
• A business or related academic major preferred.
• Leadership/management role on campus or in activities helpful.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
