Job summary

Cintas Corporation in the United States is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your career. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the company.

You will engage in outside sales activities, deliver exceptional customer service, analyze sales data, and collaborate with senior leaders on strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree expected within six months.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements: valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Preferred: co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
