Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Sales and Leadership Trainee for Spring 2027 to start your career in sales and leadership.

This entry-level program offers hands-on exposure across our divisions, with rotations, shadowing, classroom sessions, and leadership development activities. You will complete a 12-week SaLT program designed to build sales and operational capabilities, with flexible start dates and a home-base assignment leading to a full-time role as a SaLT Alumni.
