Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
• Graduates starting December 2026 or later.
• Experience from at least two co-ops or internships.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months.
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem solving.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Four six-month rotations across the North American Region, starting in Fort Mill, SC.
• Rotate through cross-functional departments with mentorship and hands-on projects.
• Guaranteed permanent Purchasing Engineer role in Fort Mill after graduation.
• Develop leadership skills through formal training and leadership tools.
• Be prepared for a guaranteed position upon graduation in Fort Mill, SC.
