Job summary

Blattner Company in Avon, Minnesota, is seeking a Site Manager to lead the site team on renewable energy projects. You will oversee self-perform and subcontractor activities, coordinate with project management, and maintain safety and quality on site.

The role demands strong communication, travel readiness (100% rotations), and a proven track record managing multi-trade scopes. You will partner with clients and the field to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of self-perform Site Management experience over multiple trades.
• Excellent communication with the ability to speak to large groups (potential of 500+).
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).
• Progressive view on safety practices and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to the site team including self-perform workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on project financials in collaboration with Superintendents, Coordinators, and the Project Manager.
• Act as liaison between the Project Manager, the client, and the field.
• Work with Site Safety to ensure site-wide safety performance.
• Oversee Site Quality and ensure training of Quality initiatives.
