Recent graduates will rotate through locations, gain cross-functional exposure, and build a network through workshops, NAVIGATE mentors, and ERG programs.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university — or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering with data collection and analysis.
• Lead, or participate in, cross-functional projects to address and resolve testing/manufacturing issues, regarding the sustaining and continuous improvement of processes and methods to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
• Create/Improve testing/manufacturing process documentation.
