Job summary

TE Connectivity is offering a Product Development Rotation Program for new graduates within the Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit. The program emphasizes hands-on engineering experience, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to design, manufacturing and testing processes.

Based in Carpinteria, CA, this rotational role enables you to work with seasoned engineers, contribute to process improvements, and develop professional skills through multi-site rotations and mentorship

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have completed a BA/BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Computer Engineering; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Internship experience or major project is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering with data collection and analysis.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to address testing and manufacturing issues.
• Create or improve testing and manufacturing process documentation.

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing,a BA/BS Degreein Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized towork in the U.S.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $78,500 - $117,800/ Annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May. Once you have applied to a position, your resume and application will be reviewed. If you are selected to move to the next step in the application process, you will be contacted by a recruiter. Once you accept an offer, the onboarding process will begin in January for interns who have committed to offers in the fall semester and upon acceptance for interns who have committed to offers in the spring semester.
