Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools such as PTC Creo, SolidWorks, or ANSYS.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering fundamentals to real-world product environments.
• Conduct analysis and simulation (FEA, tolerance, stress) to refine designs.
• Develop prototypes with manufacturing technologies to accelerate design iteration.
• Develop and execute product validation plans (DVT, QTP), including mechanical, environmental, vibration, shock, thermal and life-cycle testing.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, reliable, and cost effective.
• Support root cause analysis for product performance, qualification or manufacturing issues.
• Drive innovation through new connector architectures and termination technologies.
• Strengthen technical communication and project execution in a fast-paced environment.
