Job summary

Siemens is seeking new graduates for the two‑year Operations Leadership Development Program in Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products. The program rotates you through four 6‑month assignments at Siemens U.S.

manufacturing facilities, including Grand Prairie, TX, with relocation support for nationwide locations. You will gain hands‑on experience across manufacturing operations, supply chain, and digitization initiatives, mentored for accelerated professional growth and a clear path in

Qualifications

Eligibility: program targets early career stage; start Jan 2027.
Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
Available to begin full‑time employment in Jan 2027.
Willing to relocate domestically for each rotation; relocation assistance provided if >50 miles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Engage in four rotations (each 6 months) across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
Assist in manufacturing process improvements and sustainability efforts.
Lead and collaborate with teams across multiple functions and sites.
