R. J. Corman Railroad Group LLC is offering a management trainee program consisting of three six‑month rotations across diverse units such as Transportation Operations, Construction, Finance, and Engineering.

The program aims to place high‑potential individuals into a full‑time role that best fits their strengths within the organization. Successful candidates will undertake field assignments at multiple locations with frequent travel and a hands‑on learning approach designed to quickly build

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree is preferred, preferably in finance, business, engineering, or a related course of study.
• Willingness to travel extensively on assignments to company locations, up to 75% of the time.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required, and knowledge of biohazardous material handling or other labor‑based certifications is a plus.
• Candidates with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three six-month rotational assignments across business units.
• Travel to company locations across the organization, often with little notice (up to 75% of the time).
• Transition into a suitable full‑time role within the organization after completing the program.
