Job summary

The Royal Oldham Hospital, part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our integrated therapy teams in a rotational post. Band 5 or current Band 6 applicants are welcome to apply, with opportunities to develop across general medicine, respiratory care and surgical services.

You will provide comprehensive assessments, rehabilitation and discharge planning, supervise junior staff and contribute to service development.

Qualifications

• Experienced band 5 or existing band 6 Occupational Therapist.
• Rotational post across medicine, respiratory and surgery.
• Involvement in discharge planning and rehab pathways.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across general medicine, respiratory medicine, acute medical unit, colorectal and vascular surgery.
• Provide timely assessments, rehabilitation and discharge planning.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to service development.
