Job summary

MAKS Plastics is seeking a Primary Operator for the 1st shift in Mishawaka, IN. You will run ovens and molds, load resin, and ensure parts meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided to the right candidate, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Join a team that values reliability, hands-on work, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and reliability.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Comfortable with heat, noise, and working at heights up to 15 ft.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens and molds to produce high-quality plastic parts
• Fill molds with resin and safely secure them for production
• Remove finished parts after heating and cooling cycles
• Inspect products and identify quality issues
• Keep production moving at pace with the oven
