Job summary

Commercial Metals Company invites applicants to join the CORE Rotation Development Program and Management Trainee track in Durant, OK. The program spans multiple core lines of business including Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and Emerging Businesses Group, with hands-on exposure and training in safety and operations.

You will rotate across functions, participate in safety programs, and take on short-term assignments while learning processes from shop floor to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Engineering degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through the functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group such as Construction Services).
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Work in plant-level roles to learn processes and procedures.
• Participate in developmental trainings and business projects.
• May work in short-term assignments as needed.
• Complete and present a capstone project at program end.
