Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to launch your career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills, complete DOT prerequisites, and relocate regionally as needed throughout the program. The role is full-time with opportunities for advancement after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active DOT driver license and DOT medical certification required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Analyze sales data to aid business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects to improve sales and ops.
• Participate in executive leadership seminars and summits.
