Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Management Trainee in Columbia, MO to kickstart a professional career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management and Service Management.

You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills, engage in sales activities, and support operational efficiency while advancing toward career opportunities within the company.

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Skills/Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT)for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Productionor Administrative role
• A business or otherwise related academic major
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities

Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
