Cintas Corporation offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to launch your career. You will rotate through departments, gaining leadership insights in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management to prepare for advancement.

The role includes hands-on experiences, customer engagement, and exposure to executive leadership programs. Relocation may be regional; DOT requirements apply for driving a regulated vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license, at least 21 years old, and DOT medical certification required.
• Relocation regionally during or at the end of the program is expected.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
